PROCESSING ORDERS

· Prices shown do not include sales tax (7%) or shipping & handling.   

· Orders will ship within five (5-8) business days from receipt of order in our system, pending full payment.  Large orders will ship within two (2) weeks from the receipt of your order in our system.  

Shipping and Returns Policy

 · All packages are shipped Monday – Friday via USPS Priority Mail, or UPS with delivery confirmation # or tracking #.  When the Post Office or UPS takes possession of the package, AK D'Lites will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Orders cannot be delivered to a  P.O. Box. (Most orders will ship within the given time frame; Sundays and holidays EXCLUDED).  

· Preferred methods of payment are cash, cash app, PayPal, debit/credit cards. Checks are acceptable; please note that any returned checks or declined payments will be subjected to a $40 convenience fee and may delay your order.  

***PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL IN ORDER TO START PROCESSING.***  

· We strive to offer an excellent product, however; due to the nature of the product ALL sales are FINAL, unless a gross misrepresentation has been made on our part, or the product is defective in some way when you receive it. We must be informed within 3 days of receipt of your order, so that you can receive an exact product replacement at no cost to you, upon us receiving the defective product back. We will not accept returns because the wrong scents, personalization, or colors were ordered; or an error on your part. AK D'LITES does offer refunds for returned items from customers who do not choose to accept a replacement product. Proof of purchase is required for any refund. 

 · When returning an item WE STRONGLY recommend shipping with a method that is able to be tracked and/or insured for shipper’s purposes. It is solely the customer’s responsibility to report all physical damages to the product(s) being sent back prior to the shipment, as the shipper may be held responsible for any and all non-reported damages. It is the shipper’s responsibility to ensure the integrity of the package as well as the proper delivery of the package to the correct location and agrees to take responsibility for any and all losses and/or damages to the package returned improperly.
